It all starts with a one off  1- 2 hour consultation and discussion – following this you can chose any off the following options

Option 1 (Free – following a consultation)

Receive a high level training plan and consultation assessment to use and implement into your future goals.

Option 2 – Take up the regular and bespoke coaching package which includes but is not limited to:

  • Regular weekly/fortnightly reviews to keep things on the right track
  • Fresh new training plans: Issued every two weeks – tailored to your training and also life challenges
  • Email/Msg support – Unlimited
  • Reviews of running form and skill development
  • Race specific preparation support
  • Nutrition and diet support

(All of these can be provided in person or remotely – so geographic location is no barrier!)

We will also be running training camps and can provide bookings for group sessions
