When you want to get better at running or improve your overall fitness – But where do you start?
There seems to be so much information all over the place now that surely it should be easy to know what to do and where to start. But with all of that information we have so much choice, maybe too much choice to know what we should be doing, or really what is best for YOU.
The harder you train the better you will get right? Well that depends on what you mean by training hard, or should that be training, eating and resting SMART?
If you really want to get the best out of yourself or just make sure that all of the hard WORK you are putting in is the right kind of hard work, then why not do that with someone who has the expertise, experience and commitment to help you – yes that hopefully means someone like me!
I like to keep it real and to be honest the real work and desire must still come from you, that is why I work with people to help them understand more about themselves and motivation behind any goals or challenges, we can then use this to help get the most out of all the hard work put in and ensure things are kept on track.
Once we have sat down and built up the picture of YOU, understood fully what you want to achieve and the time you have available to do it – we can work out and develop a plan, one which will be designed specifically around you and what you can do, day to day, week to week.
This will be completely bespoke to you and we will make sure it is something that you can stick to and fit in around your other commitments, not just in the training you are doing, but also help with your nutrition, recovery, improving running form and any equipment you use.
It doesn’t stop there either, I can provide you with ongoing support, developing and evolving your training as we go, in line with how you develop and evolve as a runner and athlete or how your own life challenges may try and throw you of course.
